Mr Cool Car and Shadeport - Poor service!!

On the 20th of December 2013, Fanie Ferreire, owner of Mr Cool car and shadeport in BFN was paid a 50% deposit to install a three car shade port at my residence in Fichardt Park. From the 20th only one pole has been planted and since then he disappeared with my money. After numerous phone calls, delays and, the shade port was eventually constructed on the 13th to 16th of January 2014, after he was threatened with legal action. He never phones back, fails to make accurate measurements, low quality work and bad attitude and response. The poorest service I have ever experienced from anyone. Will never do business or refer him to anybody. Beware en advertises on OLX.
