Unsuccesful ATM Deposit but No Money returned back

I Deposited money from an FNB ATM, everything was fine until the proccess of confirming details on the ATM and proceeding with the transaction, which after proceeding the ATM gave me a slip wich said the deposit was unsuccessful, next day i went in the branch on this complaint and supplied everything they needed and was told to wait for the whole thing to be investigated, I supplied my banking details that when it was checked and verified they would deposit my money back into my account.

sadly its been three week now and still my money is not returned, the consultants keep telling me my money will be deposited very soon each time i go there. I went again yesterday to check and was told my money will be in before the end of the day, till today. Its not all of us who are rich every cent we have counts, why doesn't FNB have a way of solving these problems in place if their systems are faulty. I need my money and I need it urgently. if someone will be contacting me during the day, i work where o work we dont use phone during working hours its difficult to get hold of me. I will be returning to the branch again tomorrow or weekend
