Renov8studio Balito KZN - siphoned off every cent

The most frustrating and sickening experience ever!! Renov8studio literally siphoned off every single cent that we could possibly loan / borrow - 2nd bond or get from any source. We are in deep trouble financially now and our home is still far from complete. The longer the job goes on the more you will be absolutely drained of money..and it will most certainly go on and on and on..in fact.your project will only end when you are financially ruined. You will go mad with frustration, no sleep, marriage suffer, and your building project will be far far from completed.

We went 60%! Over our original budget and after cutting away all the real value adding portions to the property - we are still far from finished. The builder of course is long gone.along with all his guarantees and promises that if we just put in another R100k he will complete the job ..and then just another R150k..all ..all gone.

The quality of work was not too bad... the lack of on site supervision was utterly appalling.. there was none. The longer the staff take the to complete the job the longer they have a full weekly wage. You will lose your mind and definitely all your money. Beware - you will lose!
