Using foul language and swearing at a client

JeVon van Wyk from Lifestyle Building Group was full of promises that our house would be a pleasure to build. 6 months down the line he wants additional fees to complete the project and is swearing at me in Rhapsody"s. They are way behind schedule according to the bank and we cant apply for funds until the get to a certain level. I've paid over R1000 000 over to them and they should have been half way, according to the bank they are 1/3 of the way. Now he tells me the project is going to take a month longer than the contract stipulates and we need to pay his R50 000 project management fee... ridiculous.

Please stay away and don't use them.

He is a nice guy and a very good marketer and smooth talker but when it gets tough he changes dramatically... swearing, uses 's name, shouts and totally looses it.
