Pool Installer DELAYS project

DEPOSIT PAID - October 2012, to Andy of INDIGO POOL SERVICES CC
Second Payment - November 2012 to Andy of INDIGO POOL SERVICES CC
The Pool was supposed to be completed in December, but no workers on site for the month, excuses!
January 2013, there was an installation of pumps (paid for last year). And since 25th January weve had promises to complete the job, to date Andy has not returned to site and does not answer calls!
Andy's current excuse is that suppliers don't have stock (we have called the supplier who ships on payment - which they have not received)!
Experience to date with contractors: they take large deposits & often do not complete work, which is very disappointing, lack of professionalism & skill is rife and once the sale is done the effort ends!

We would obviously like to COMPLETE the project, but at this stage it seems uncertain!?
