Deliberately misleading & outrageously high price

They supply topsoil - they solicit business in complexes and then are deliberately misleading about how much the job will cost. They don't do anything "wrong" but they quote per bag (while promising you an unspecified discount). They refuse to even give you an estimate of how many bags they will use - I asked more than once - and then say they will stop at any time, but as soon as you give the go ahead about seven guys walk in with lots of bags each and before you can say anything they have spread it all over your lawn. The end cost was absolutely outrageous but we had to pay as I had agreed they could do the work. Very angry with them - I consider this to be nothing short of a.
