Cheap labour and bad finishes

I got PBI Projects to do my house renovations. Nicky's quote said he would be done in 3 weeks. I estimated 5 and relaxed. After 5 weeks he was not done. He admitted to using the cheapest unqualified labour at my house. He admitted to seeing the poor workmanship but that it was costing him to much. He was not inforcing building standerds. Got all his money and an approx. additional R15000 worth of stuff, which I did say he could have.
Now he has damaged some of my stuff. Did not do some mayjour stuff. He is not worried to correct his mistakes and I dont trust him or his workers as they also used stuff of a personal nature and some stuff is missing. With other words no supervision was available at times. Which was an aspect Nicky assured me would not be a problem as he has a senior supervisor on site.
Have to get another builder out and he made me aware of even more stuff not right. So much for mutual respect.
