Absolutely disgusting service

I am absolutely appalled by this place that is a so-called business. these people have no idea how to run a business - I wonder how they ever make money - WAIT they survive by charging you utterly disgraceful and bezerk prices. I took my car in for a air- regas on saturday 2 Feb. After being told that this will only take 20min, we waited over 1.5 hours... they said the reason for this was because they found a fault with my radiator fan. I agreed that I would bring it back for them to have a look at it on Tuesday. So I took the car in on Tu and EXPLICITLY told them NOT to do any work before they could tell me how much it will cost. I had to phone them numerous times to find out what was happening, every time the same story, waiting for a part /looking for the fault/ we will let you know. NOTHING. I kept asking how much they are going to charge me AGAIN same story the whole time, we can't estimate how much the work will cost, but you don't need to worry, it won't be that much. This continued for 4 days, LOTS of emails and phone calls requesting the same thing. they went ahead and just did everything - NO QUOTE! the bill R4250! ABSOLUTE B-S! Wait for it- you will be served!
