Bad service

Two months ago I bought two suits from Markhams Canal Walk. At the time I was told they did not have any suit bags available.

I then went to them two months later, again no bags available and they cannot tell me when they will have in stock. I asked that they find out which branches have suit bags available as I would collect.

Three days later - still no reply. Went to Markhams Bayside, also no suit bags available.

Firstly, unacceptable that no suit bags available, secondly unacceptable the excuses given, thirdly unacceptable not getting back to me.
