Panarotti's Deliberate Misleading Advertising

Sunday 7 July 2013 at around 19h45, an advert by Panarotti's was aired on a national tv channel which invited viewers to their On Sundays Children Eat for Free promotion. I phoned our local Cresta outlet and they confirmed their promotion as such upon which our three sons and I drove over. But when ordering, I reconfirmed when the waiter informed us that only 2 kids under age 12 qualify and only for a kids menu small pizza or a small pasta priced at R34 which is slightly larger than a flat jack. The advertising and the call enquiry confirmation was therefore deliberately misleading. Had they disclosed these details we would not have considered a waste of our time. We find it very distasteful for a well known business to deliberately withhold the details of their promotion just to lure people to their premises with misleading information. We also find their pizzas very mediocre and quite expensive. We find their actions very insulting and will not visit them again.
