Never ending debits

I bought several items from builders in Polokwane on 6 July 2013 amounting to R3 190.90. The amount was debited twice from my FNB cheque account on 25/7/2013 and 26/7/2013. I went to the store to notify them abount the double deduction and i was asked to fax a copy of the bank statement of which i did together with the till slip. Unfortunately i can't remember the lady i faxed to. The money was returned on 30 July but to my horror the the same amount was deducted from my account again on Friday the 13th of September. This has a negative impact on my cash flow. Please return my money and make sure that this does not happen again.
