Inferior hinges and terrible service

I've been waiting for 2 months for a reply to a service query, for hinges that bent because they are of poor quality. They now want to charge me for new ones! Um no thanks, I'll rather try a different supplier.

Do not use this supplier. Their after sales service is terrible.
