The rudest woman alive!!!

I have a two bedroom flat that I rent out. It has carpets only in the bedrooms.
The tenant got ace cleaners to clean the carpets and paid them R300.
During her move she unfortunately lost her proof of payment but was kind enough to give me the exact date and amount. I was very unhappy as it seemed like the carpets was not cleaned at all. So I asked this Tanya lady who owns the business this is for a copy of the invoice and she just goes ballistic. She is saying that it is not her problem and that it would just be to much of an effort to send me a copy of the invoice. Then she smacks the phone in my ear. So i phone back just to be told that i should stop harassing her and this is not her problem.
