ZAMBEZI GLASS POOR SERVICE

Zambezi glass made repairs at my home in Feb 2013. My contract was with the contractor and i paid the him in full but Zambezi keep sending me threats of credit bureau. Although their prices were good, their service was poor. Plus - how many times have i phoned Zambezi to explain to them that my surname is not OOSTHUIZEN!
