Had my Lounge carpets cleaned almost three months ago. PAID R420. Was told would dry within 48 hours but took almost 4 days. On the fifth day the carpets had blotches of brown stains. The carpet is all wool in cream.

Called AK Carpets cleaners almost 20 times over the last three months but they keep saying they would come in and have a look when they in the area. To-date they have not come to look at their shoddy service

I have given up on them and this is to advise all those looking for a carpet cleaning service to AVOID using this company. PATHETIC WORKMANSHIP and SHODDY SERVICE
