Big Ben Cleaners
Done half a job, bad attitude

I found Big Ben on the internet, contacted them, agreed on a "deap Clean" etc

Well I phoned at 9 yesterday to ask where they were, was informed they will be there at 12, they arrived at 13.30 only started just before 14.00 - and was finsihed just after 3 - cleaning 3 bedroom carpets, and my 6 seater lounce suit.

I checked my house last night NO FURNITURE WERE MOVED, they cleaned all around everyting, the carpets was soaking wet. WE PHONED THEM the person kept on interrupting my husband and telling us it is not there job to move furniture.

I lost my temper phoned them this morning. Same attitude.rude, not willing to listern to me, his voice his ways... His people will never do a half a job etc. I was livit.. He is not interested in to listern to me. ALL other cleaning places move and clean under furniture.

I droped the phone, because i will not speak to somebody that is so rude, HE then phoned my husband and suddenly he said they will come next week...(seeing is believing) They have got the R1000.00 cash now... and with an attitide like that?

I will NEVER EVER promote them or use them ever again.

IF.. they do come back next week... and do the job I will post it
