RENT A ROOF
Wont return deposit

The owner asked us to move out early so his new tenants could move in, he said he would charge us only for the 2 weeks, renaroof new this yet still charged us the full amount and then said they don't know about it i must get proof from owner i asked them to give me his number numerous times and they refuse, also they could just phone him themselves as its their client but are also refusing to do so. Also i cleaned and painted the flat but the person who was supposed to come inspect didn't cause it was her birthday. So she just didn't show up, then charged us to have the place cleaned and carpets washed which we already did. But cause she didn't bother to pitch for inspection she is now saying the place wasn't cleaned which is bull. Also according to law if she doesn't show up then she takes it the place is in good condition, they refusing to send me any proof of invoices of cleaners and carpet cleaners. They also told me my deposit only earned 0.02% still trying to find out who they banked with. Im disgusted by these greedy people
