Unprofessionally undone and getting run arround

Myself and partner applied for a house in March 2013, all our forms was sent bond approved in April, signed documents with lawyer in May, was advised on day of a application that we would move in our house 3months after it was built, ever since we applied we had NO CONTACT from our agent, we did not know who our agent was, we were so confused as to how things are going after we signed, its now september, 3houses were built within less than 2months, with them neglecting our house, making it a storage place, it looks filthy! paint tins standing in the rooms, windows always breaking! whenever we get there nothing is being done afer 2weeks? neighbours are telling me that there are people everyday to paint and they just sitting there! while other people's houses are being nicely done who applied AFTER US? we are given the ofice number and NO ONE not even our agent (who we only knew for 2weeks now) can give us a CERTAIN answer! they giving us a sobby story about them waiting onthe council to put in the meter and that our house is 95% done yes i get that but we have been treated unfairly! and their office is SO UNHELPFULL! they know nothing! I am SO UPSET! as i cant even give my baby's 1st birthday!!
