Sold Bike with missing parts - Bad after sales exp

I was sold a bike (R1) with missing parts & when i enquired about it, I was told my parts would be bought and fitted. This was on the 1st week of January. A month and a half later, my parts still weren't here, so i went personally to get to the bottom of this and was told my parts are at Linex Yamaha in randburg but the person doing payments was off. I was not impressed at all, so i was told to go to Linex myself & pay for the goods & the dealership would refund me... so i did that. Whilst doing my fitting at Linex, other parts were pointed out to me as missing too and that my clutch cable was holding on with two strands, needing urgent replacing. Having bought the bike a month earlier, i was shocked & upset. I replaced the clutch cable there & there and rode over to Cayenne to lay a complaint and be refunded my money. After fighting for half the day, I was promised that the manager (Berto) would look into it and get back to me urgently. Alas till today, i have not recieved any feedback from Honda Cayenne or any refunds on parts & services on my purchase of a R1 Yamaha. Exremely bad service & wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
