My spa heat pump was tripping the electrical circuit. Jasper did the original installation, and agreed to come repair it. After three weeks of him promising to do the job, and my constant reminding, he still hadn't come. When I phoned to ask him why he was wasting my time, his exact words were "why am I complaining like a woman". He then proceeded to send me an SMS to swear at me. This attitude is unacceptable and I don't know how he stays in business.
