Incompetence

Between Xmas and New year I called this company to sort out an electrical tripping problem. They arrived, checked the board and a couple of plugs and informed me I needed a new main switch. After replacing it,
R 1800.00 (Probably cost a quarter of that) and insisting on a direct transfer of roughly R 3000.00 they left.
The system again tripped, and I discovered one circuit was still on. I could have been electrocuted if some point in the future I wanted to change a socket!!! The circuit was bypassing the earth leakage.
Called them to sort out their error. After a second contact, they came and corrected it. The problem of tripping is still there but I am going to get someone else.
