Deliberately misleading you about fees

Yesterday I called and arranged for Multichoice accredited technicians from Antenna Doctor, Lourensford Rd, Somerset West to come and repair my DSTV wiring. I asked what the cost was on the phone and was informed it was R420. When it came time to pay the bill the technician had only itemised the amounts on his copy, mine was left blank with just a total. I asked what all the amounts were and was told one of the items for R90 (ex VAT) was for travel and everyone must pay. At no time was I informed that there would be an additional R90 charged on top of the call out fee. So instead of R420 the call out is actually R420 R90 VAT which is actually R581! A lot more than I was expecting.
I wrote a mail to complain, the same woman called me back early this morning and I have now had about 3 different stories. It was interesting that they first tried to tell me the R90 was because the technicians spent too long at the house, when I told them I had copied down the line items and I knew it was for travel they then told me "everyone must pay" except they are supposed to inform you about this first.

Spectacularly bad service, bad attitude and refusal to give me the owners details.
