8 months and installation incomplete&Poor Quality

We ordered our Kitchen from Sterlings Atterbury and received confirmation on the 22nd of January 2013. Initial delivery was promised for max 12 weeks. So give or take end April. Well we were lucky when it was installed end of May. As one can expect, some of the parts were damaged and had to be re-ordered. And for some unexplained reason two cupboards arrived without handles. We are now end August and STILL no handles and the installation is STILL INCOMPLETE. We were promised AIRFREIGHT for the damaged parts and handles, but after having to enquire into the LONG delay, a simple, O no it was placed on the ship was suppose to be good enough after having to wait for 8 months.
The already installed kitchen parts are NOT ON STANDARD (if you know the price of a Sterling's Kitchen). When I asked for them to come out and look at it, I was simply told that they only work form 08:00 - 17:00. I leave home at 05:45 and only get home at 17:45. Surely they should after 8 months of making the customer wait patiently (without any updates whatsoever) make an exception to their seemingly STRICT working hours rule. I am honestly dumbstruck at the quality of there workmanship not to mention service.
