IBurst misled and de-frauded me for months!!!

I purchased their 10GB package last year Oct for R149 p/m. I was told I have good coverage in my area and that there was a 7-day cooling off period if anything goes wrong. I complained within those 7days! To this day, I still haven't gotten good coverage. A technician came to my house last week to inform me that I would never get decent coverage even with an antenna because of all the trees surrounding my property. I have been complaining to iBurst for months now. When I wanted to cancel they told me to get an antenna which would solve my problems. I tried to do this, but the technician told me I would never get good enough speeds. Now I am trying to cancel and iBurst is insisting on me paying a R1400 cancellation fee - this after they have been debiting me since October for a product that DOES NOT WORK! IBurst has been misleading from the start - I was only informed of a cancellation fee during the cooling off period 2 days ago, not to mention all these stories about antennas and trees. One of their consultants was so obnoxious too when I pointed out the company misleading me under the Consumer Protection Act. SOUTH AFRICA DON'T USE IBURST. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE!
