Defective product, awaiting a solution

Two paving shades and types were supplied for SA Paving to pave my driveway and pathway, in order to improve wheelchair access and appearance of my home. Around a month after the paving was completed, albeit with several glitches, the pavers began fading, mottling and crumbling and it became obvious that 2 different batches were used, both with varying ingredient / production imperfections and problems. According to the Master Builders Association, SA Paving and Stonemarket themselves, the manufacturing process was at fault. After 3 weeks, and being promised a solution by today, I still await further sample delivery to choose another paver, have not had any formal apology from the manager, have recieved no communication from Stonemarket themselves and have been told various stories from: Stonemarket is closed, to Stonemarket has only raven cobbles left, to Stonemarket will have raven cobbles next week... one day of 'runaround' to the next. Am still awaiting a promised 'soil and product' report due 2 weeks ago as promised. The representative has been totally ineffective and claims to have forgotten everything she's promised. The manager has been evasive and unforthcomming with a plan
