Asked Bitumen Proof, who advertise on a big board in South Road Sandton, to give me a quote to fix my flat roof, Told them I couldnt be home for the appointment, but my housekeeper would meet with them. They made the meeting yesterday and then called to say "their Director doesnt do maids". and arrogant "Director" Glad I am not doing business with them - can imagine after sales service must be shocking if they treat new potential clients this way
