This "company" regularly advertises in the Homemakers magazine inter alia they have a special for a lapa. Reasonable price I thought so I emailed for specifics and the cost of extras. No response to email. My partner phoned Paul who said he would visit our house and advise on a Saturday morning. Guess what... a no show and didn't have the manners to advise. Further attempts at contact were ignored. Seems to me that they are either too busy and don't need additional customers or it is a as when they are asked questions they "fall off the grid".
