No proper advise given

I've called in twice seeking assistance telephonically, whoever i speak to suggests that I visit the nearest branch and I believe legal telephone advise is part of the policy that i signed up for.
Its ridiculous to visit the branch for just a mere advise, Legal Wise should try hard to advise and assist before escalating the matter into a visit to their premises
I feel they are incompetent and do not value customers time and airtime - its really said, they really need to up their game
I'm so disappointed at the level.
