Went to the store on Pinetown on 2 August 2013 at about 10:30 am for picket fencing spoke to Dhesigan fence outo of stock asked for my contact details when stock arrives will call me, sms on Friday to say fence arrived i replied to say will be in on Saturday morning. Went in on Saturday Dhesigan was not in spoke to the manager who had no idea about the fence was told to call Dhesigan but to no avail, phone was on voice mail. Was told by the assistant on Saturday to contact Dhesigan onMonday which i did by sms and the reply was i did you a favour stock will come on Wednesday. I received a call from Dhesigan implying that a man had called been rude to him, i had no idea, he used such vulgar words on me this and me i dont do anything for him its a favour he has done would not give me A chance to speak send that man to the store i will f###### him up and you too.

I am totally disgusted in a human being behavior and client ettiquette.
