Pay a deposit and he doesn't show up

I found Rustic Timber & Wood Projects on Hotfrog and contacted the owner Clayton Moutsatsos as I wanted my window frames and doors sanded and restored. He agreed and asked for a R5500 deposit. I paid by EFT immediately and 3 weeks later he still hasn't shown up despite promising almost everyday that he will. Each time I confronted him about not showing up there was a different excuse. I have demanded a full refund which he said he'd do and 4 days later he is now reneging... again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS
