CAN'T GET DEPOSIT BACK FOR WORK NOT DELIVERED

More than two months ago, we paid a 50% deposit into the above company's account in order for them to print 11 fabric panels. We were very specific in every communication to them about the size of the artwork, yet the panels we received form the printers were longer and wider than the given size & artwork supplied.. We've only received the first four panels yet we've paid for 5.5. (50% deposit). These panels are not usable as they are too big. When we spoke to Mariaan (our contact on their side) about the stretching, she admitted that the mistake was on their side, blaming it on "abnormal stretching that occurred on that batch of fabric". The company refused to reprint these, and we were forced to go to another printer. (who managed to get the size and colour right after only two weeks). The printer said he couldn't pay the deposit back until he's personally looked at the panels to see where the fault was - we had the prints ready for his collection for a week. He hasn't fetched them and hasn't refunded our money. Instead he keeps sending me further invoices. I want our money back as they didn't deliver their side of the deal.
