Did not deliver on the contract as was agreed upon

It was agreed in the contract that roof leaks had to be fixed. The contractor ensured that they will return should the roof leaks surface again.

They attended to the work, but only for the roof leaks to appear again. We brought this to the contractor's attention to which he agreed to have it fixed. After the contractor didn't pitch up as was agreed upon, we followed up with him again. It started to follow a pattern whereby we agreed a new date and time for him to attend to the problem but just to be left in vain again.

Upon inspecting the work they did, it was also discovered that the contractor did not attend to all of the wok as was agreed in the contract we engaged with. The contractor has now completely withdrew from the contract and we receive no correspondence from him whatsoever.
