I I had requested a quote to have a geyser installed at my premises which is being rented out. They did the job but they did not complete the work properly, the tenant suffered without hot water for three to four days. Under these conditions I contacted another plumber to go check it out and we discovered that I paid for and was told a new geyser was being installed but in actual fact it was a second hand geyser that was resprayed. I confronted the company but they denied this. We also found out that the element was corroded and damaged and this resulted in the cold water which Unique could not identify. I called with the serial number of the geyser to the manufacturer and they confirmed this. I contacted Unique and they refused to reimburse any money or come to any agreement.

Further more thier service is terribly slow as well as thier correspondence. I would not recommend them to anyone at all.

Worst service ever and very dishonest!
