I believe as "Client, Customer, Consumer & Buyer " its within in my right to request service from A Remax 2000 representative "world class Brand"
My concern and dissatisfaction is as follows. After raising a concern on a Security Feature and a safety/drain feature with rep .where the issues, bad service and bad attitude started arising prior to the Bond reg which was reg on the 02.08.2013 Until today i have not received the new property's keys after confirming with the remax agent that he would get back to me" and have the keys avail on the 08.08.2013"on a Recorded line". I am now told via sms that they will leave it with the security Guard after i had not agreed to an appointment as i was busy at the time.and that they will not meet with me as these a small issues/concerns and that he is acting and confirming on belhalf CEO of the co with all due respect if me and my fam safety is small concern for you Mr CEO it is Priority for me. I am harassed over sms stating that if i go on to Hellopeter "Public, free forum"their attorneys will contact me for deformation. I am requesting a meeting where i can discuss personal slur es and insults By The remax 2000 rep. Thanks
