Worst and most pathetic Client Service

I phoned Nu World numerous times on 011 321 2111 to launch a complaint with regards to a product, with every attempt the line does not go through. Eventually I got through and wanted to complain about the product, the person that assisted me transferred me from the one line to the other, I the told Nu World to phone me back, as I was using up all my airtime. Then came the call from Rajesh at 011 321 2100. Never in my life has someone spoken to me like this person has, it was the worst and most pathetic service from a company. He (Rajesh) then commanded me the client around like a real self proclaimed General!! Nu World and any of your products will never be seen by me again, nor will I recommend their service or products to any and all persons on "HelloPeter.com" or any other clients that I will meet throughout my life. You disgust me and your bad service will be your downfall.

Grow up Nu World, you crave money and just don't care for any of your clients!
