Consumer Beware

Just a warning as there are so many good people out there to avoid these. I ordered something 2 weeks ago, I was told telephonic orders not accepted so I e-mailed immediately, I followed up 3 days later with another e -mail asking if they received my order.. still no response. I called this morning and asked to speak to the manager/owner (AS ADVERTISED ON THEIR SITE), her response was whats the problem, why do you need a manager shouted to someone in the back and followed up with, whats your job number (no one has responded, I dont have one), we got the order, well, have you paid? How I replied I have not had a response... we will send bank details. Dont rush, keep your order and your attitude! It was a little something small for a babies room, there are other suppliers.
