Did not get Kreepy Krauly to phone me

I bought a Kreepy Krauly from Builders Warehouse in Boksburg in June 2013.
After I got the thing in my pool it did not work. I then phone Kreepy Krauly and asked them to send someone out to come and see what's wrong. They just never got back to me. I phoned them 3 times.
I then packed the Hug Bug back in it's box and took it back to Builders Warehouse but as I've bought it more than 7 days ago they would not refund me BUT promised to get Kreepy Krauly to phone me.
This was 2 weeks ago and I've had NO word from either companies.
So much for living in an economy where things are not going well as the service is still non existing as many companies i.e. Builders Warehouse AND Kreepy Krauly.
