DELAYING MY LOAN CANCELLATION, WHILE DEDUCTING MY

I have received a bad service from the store. The store is delaying my loan cancellation and refusing to give head office contacts. Mean while Nedbank is deducting their installment on my bank acc. And i spoke to the branch manager but i didn't get any help. and i notified them early before deducting my money.
