Shocking service

Marmenova were given an order for marble for a large quantity and a great cost to Mr Toweel. When the marble was delivered the dimensions were incorrect. Their turnaround times have been shocking, they simply do not turn up to continue work, only following phone calls do their workers arrive to continue. Their service has been shocking, during the initial meetings we were assured of excellent quality and turnaround times. Marmenova have been a great disappointment and we would never use them again.
