Debited but never took loan

I have debited by nedbank for material I never took. I have taken this up with nedbank who told me cash build needs to send a cancellation letter and return back the money to nedbank. Every time I go there - no one can help or they gone home early or they don't work there anymore or the person who has the key to the safe is gone home. I'm not getting any joy no one can help me. This should have been sorted in January already when I told them I wasn't interested in the finance and some lady told me it was sorted and that she will send the docs to the head office. It's been 3 months now.
I can't afford another installment going off my account for material I didn't take. I don't have th time nor the petrol to be running back and forth your store. Please take back Nedbanks money so the can stop deducting me before they raise the installment again for this month end
