Building material acc not wanted anymore

My sister (Thembelihle Buthelezi ID 8306230609086) opened a Building material account at Cashbuild a few weeks ago, now her needs have changed, she wants to Cancel this account, she is now being sent from Pillar to Post between Cashbuild and Nedbank, just because they've started debiting her account, they dont want to cancel the account, they keep giving her different stories and promising she will get feedback within a day but nothing happens, they keep on delaying this cancellation so that they'll keep on debiting her acc, she is struggling to survive through the month now because of this Cashbuild/Nedbank loan, she needs help urgently!!
SHE DOESN'T WANT THIS CASHBUILD ACCOUNT/LOAN ANYMORE, IT MUST BE CANCELLED, AND SHE MUST BE REFUNDED HER MONEY, THEY CAN KEEP THEIR ADMIN CHARGES, BUT CANCEL AND REFUND HER MONEY BACK!!!
