PATHETIC INCOMPETENT SERVICE

I placed an order with Rathish, on 09/06, paid up front, and had to wait for stock to arrive. I also requested cutting. He said to phone him with the cutting measurement on the 10/06. I called him, and after confirming the cutting sizes 3 times, he said he's got it and they will contact me asap with re to delivery time. He contacted me on 19/06 to again just confirm the sizes for the cutting. When delivery was done, and we checked the sizes, there was one piece cut wrong. I contacted him to tell him to come and collect it and take it back for cutting to the correct size. He accused me of lying and giving him the wrong measurements. It makes no sense as he had to phone and confirm the piece they cut wrong again the morning of delivery?? He then agreed to send someone out today 19/06 to collect and rectify the mistake. I got a call today to state that they have no vans available and they can only assist me on Monday? This is ridiculous, and all I get is a no care attitude. My shopfitting guys had to leave because I have not got the right size wood for my counters. So I have to now put back my shopfitting with 5 days? Pathetic! Once you pay them... they don't care!
