Useless and unhelpful

I bought a mens shoe size 7. when I got home there was a size 9 in the box. I went back to the store and they only had one single size 7 not a pair. they said it will take two weeks to order it in. when I asked about other brances they said I must go and see. when I called the alberton branch they keep cutting the call after making me wait for half an hour. I then called sandton branch and they keep cutting the call again about 5 times now. the customer satisfaction is completely disgusting.
