Poor Service

Went to Builders to buy wood and have it cut, they took the measurements and gave me the price. I the paid and waited over an hour, then one of the cutting guys came to me and told me they cant cut those sizes.

Why does the man at the counter not know what sizes they can and cant do, now i wasted 2 hours waiting for something i did not get.

Very bad service from there side and this is not my first complaint about that Builders in Strubens Valley
