Being somewhat of a cuisine enthusiast, I was shopping around for a granite slab (chopping block) for pastry and meat preparations. Whilst driving toward Bedfordview, my wife noticed a signboard bearing the name Marmernova, and below the name the word granite caught her attention. It was Saturday morning 15 June 2013.
We were greeted by the very friendly owner, Mr. Pierluigi Marino. Not having what I was looking for, Mr. Marino suggested they make a slab while we wait. We walked around the granite yard and found the stone I was looking for. The slab was a father's day gift from my family, and it meant more to me having actually seen how it was made from start to finish.
Mr. Marino and staff, take a bow of excellence for your professionalism and courtesy, and for going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction - WELL DONE!!!
