Second time stock problem

We have purchase pillars from this warehouse, just to find after we have paid and went to the delivery at the back, that their is no stock. After complaint we were refunded.

If something like this happens, one are upset but things happen

But for a second time in a month!!! We went to builders yesterday the same story. This is not acceptable. The manager was not friendly at all. What happened of the exstra mile??

They could have apologises and try to find out why and to ma by get it from another store
