Bad service from OXIDOORS

My spring on one of my garage doors broke and I phoned oxidoors jaques for help, he could only help me in three days so I waited. on Wensday I phoned and he said someone will be at my place around 11: or 12:00 so I took of from work and waited for the people. Half past one I phoned and got no answer I send a sms and a half an hour later het called to say his guys are stuck in Roodepoort with problem installing a motor but the guys would be with me in about 40min. The guys arrive and said that they don't have the correct springs for steeldoors, I phoned Jaques and told him that at witch he commented "you didn't tell me its steeldoors, tell my people to leave the job, he then put the phone down in my ear.
