No refund or delivery of service/procuct

I ask Polenakis Construction to manufacture and install an entrance gate for me in April 2013. After I paid the full amount of R7500.00 nothing happend. After 35 days they require another R3500.00 and ther was still nothing to show for my money. On 6 June 2013 I cancelled the agreement and ask to be refunded R7500.00. They gave me a week later R2000.00 and after many discuiisions they admit they used my money for the household groceries and personal expenses. I made a case ar police station and also went to small claims court. Since then nothing happend and the owner of Polenakis Construction said he will pay me when he has money but he is promising money every week but no further payment. I am a single womand depending on my salary and want my money back. I want him and his business blackilsted for and also claim interest on the outstanding money for the past months as well as R200.00 legal costs at small claims court and i want it paid in full in one amount. Hope you can assist please.
