REFUSES POINT BLANK TO ISSUE AN INVOICE

On 22 April 2013 called De Ville's Plumbing to fix burst waterpipe. On completion - while workers were still on premises - I made an Internet payment of R 3250. No invoice was issued. I contacted CJ telephonically on numerous occasions - even asking for the invoice to be sent to a fax number, but nothing was forthcoming. Eventually it dawned on me this guy has NO intention of ever providing me with an invoice. He threw down the phone in my ear today after hearing my name and refused to take my calls. It truly beggars belief that you still get service providers like these who still think they can get away with murder. This CJ guy is so rude, brusque and super aggressive towards me, as a female customer - imagines himself to be untouchable. What a horrible experience. Stay far away from them and take your business elsewhere.
