DO NOT USE SUNCOVER POOLS

I had a pool installed by Suncover Pools Dec 2012 and dealt with Shane. After receiving an invoice stating that there is a 12 guarentee on the work done i thought i could rest assured. Since the rains have come three months later, the ground around the pool has sunken and broken up the cement inbetween the paving. When i called Shane to ask him to repair it, he made all sorts of excuses as to why he wont repair the mess he has made. I feel completely taken advantage of because he received his payment in full within 7 days of the job being completed. I paid a huge amount of money for everything that was done and specifically asked him if there is a guarentee on the work done by his company and he assured me there is and should anything go wrong that I have all his contact details and can call him any time. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS MAN'S TRICKS! He is just out to get your money and the job done by his company was not good at all!!!
